That's just California.  There are also listings for just about every other State, even Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Alabama.  

Would love to hear your thoughts there, especially since Alabama and Mississippi are historically among the poorest states in the US.

Also, what's considered 'poor'?  Anyone that's not the US?

Earthquake on same line around globe not single fault line,duh.
Take past 20 years,you had major earthquake everywhere except in US.
We did have hurricanes at record level and hot weather for while.
Record tsunami with almost record earthquake in 2004.
Record snowfall.
Lets not even talk extreme weather changes.

But real question is what is HAARP used for and why they have blocked public from knowing what is going on not just there but in places like Area 51 etc..
Maybe you guys like to be kept in dark.

So thats 2 major quakes in the US in the last 21 years, how come other countries have only had 1 major quake or 0 major quakes?

But that's not point of post, if they can create earthquakes and change weather they might use on USA too if they want.
Questions is what are they hiding in areas like HAARP and Area 51.

There's honestly not much to see at haarp. It's a giant antenna array. I always figured it's a communications project, probably trying to research a way to either strengthen signals they have now or maybe prepare for a time when *very bad things* have happened and they need to re-establish global communication. We've tried things like it in the past- project West Ford tried to use hundreds of millions of needles in space to create an artificial ionosphere. The projects themselves aren't so sinister, it's just the circumstances in which they'd be needed would be pretty scary.

As far as Area 51 goes? I don't think the gov't has to tell everyone what they're developing. We didn't sit out there and broadcast every step of our nuclear program- we don't publish where our subs go do we? I don't think there's anything exotic about the place- it's where we develop and test spy planes and stealth gear. If you were to go in there you'd probably see some funky looking prototypes, radar labs and testing area for propulsion systems. No little green men, no giant robots armed with death rays and I doubt there's a working unicorn ranch there. If there is some type of crazy space tech program going on somewhere, I can promise you it's a place no one has ever heard of. We already have places that are much scarier than these that we know about. Dugway is a bio weapon research base that also had a small town built onto their property to test firebombing tactics on and I think it was during the 70's they released vx into the surrounding area and killed several thousand sheep.
