Now is your chance to tell Amtrak what YOU want them to do with regard to long distance trains. You can speak directly with Amtrak CEO Joe Boardman and board chair Tom Carper about its fleet, and future of the long-distance passenger trains at a "Town Hall" meeting in Chicago, March 6.

Co-Sponsored by Trains Magazine, this is a FREE open public forum and is a FIRST for Amtrak. It is LIMITED to the first 300 who register, it will be held at the Merchandise Mart Conference Center, in downtown Chicago. For details visit www.trainsmag.com/amtrak or call 800-533-6644 x 661.

So get off your butts and get to Chi-Town and get some answers instead of pontificating about the future of Amtrak and rail up and down the NE coast of Florida.
And, that $115 will save Jacksonville from financial ruin. - Mayor John Peyton

"This is a game-changer. This is what I mean when I say taking Jacksonville to the next level."
-Mayor Alvin Brown on new video boards at Everbank Field

Excellent idea!!!

I hope they do 5 regional Town Halls, so many of the public CAN attend.
