Florida ranked 3rd HAPPIEST state in the nation

Sort of ironic after the article earlier this year that hammered Florida cities for being "unhappy". The 1st and 2nd place states were Louisiana and Hawaii respectively.

I would... love LA, plan to move there if the economy ever comes around and the house can sell. I just have to convince my wife the beach doesn't have to be only 30 minutes away.

Umm...well, i guess Florida is a happy place. South FL has a lot to do with it, there's no place like Miami!

These features are actually sought after by many in the know looking for the 'best place".
