Use and maintain the infrastructure that we have in place now, do not use my tax dollars to make a developer richer.They say the new development will improve the tax base. I just don't see it ,what is the dollar return on this kind of stuff. The city of Jacksonville has areas with infrastructure that are 100 plus years old, yes some need repair but there are people there that have been paying there taxes so the city has a duty to make these repairs.
