That's correct.  He had Jackie Brown banned from meetings for a period of time.

As far as incentives for a major HQ or plant, the city alone could not possible set aside that much money.  SC is paying $450 million for Boeing.   It's a huge investment but the payoff may be huge too.

Believe it or not, but the monster plane that the Feds say they have enough of from Boeing has parts made in 43 of the 50 states. So shutting it down, means jobs, and jobs here in Jax with Kaman, who makes parts of the wings for the plane.

Before you think of shutting down a (fed) program, you have to think about all those who it affects.
