Shouldn't This Person Win the Nobel Peace Prize?

I think every American who is NOT George W. Bush should get a Nobel Peace Prize AND the $1.4m dollars since NOT being George W. Bush appears to be the only criteria for winning the prize. This includes me since I am NOT George W. Bush! Let's see 305 million Americans X $1.4m = $427m dollars. I think Sweden/Norway can afford it.
