If I'm not mistaken, Philosophie in San Marco has been open well over a year. Maybe they relocated?

Gotta love those mast arm poles along Bay St. and to think people will try to complain about a small overhead wire for a streetcar.

Where in Springfied is Fusion going exactly?

the two story brick building on Pearl Street, just north of 8th.  Its where Draper Studios used to be located.

fsujax, you're right.  Well at least we now have an example to show what it will not look like.

It's not on a main thoroughfare, but there is a sizable building (6000 sft +) going in on Herschel just east of King Street.  It's right across from the RAP headquarters.  It will be the future home of an engineering company.  Looks like it will fit the neighborhood well.

Can't wait to try Taverna.  Why do we still not know what 925 King St is???

wow, i didn't know anything like that was in the works. i hope it works out, though i have my doubts in that location. it looks like they are pretty far along. they need to create some buzz........

Springfield sure looks great; it's progressing quite nicely and for the better.  Much different than I remember it in the 1980's and early 1990's.  

Great seeing those cranes up on the Courthouse site and construction moving the project skyward.

How much longer are they going to be working on Main Street in Springfield?  Looks like they've been doing the street construction forever now.

925 King St... that was the old laundry mat, right?  When they closed, I heard that it was only supposed to be for a few months tops so that they could do renovations and whatnot.  Two years or so later............... i dunno.

Any word on if anything is going to be moving into the 9th and Main building??  Its sad to see that place empty.....
