I grew up we had nuclear bomb drills at school where we knelt down in the halls and covered our necks with our hands (like that would help).  In 1962 during the Cuban Missile crisis the experts all said we were going to die when the missiles started flying at any minute.  It seems like civilization was supposed to crash January 1, 2000 with the turn of the century and collapse of the computers. Then ten years ago Al said that the world would experience a global warming catastrophy that would be unrecoverable by January 27, 2016. With all those expert warnings can we really get to excited about something that's going to happen in 2050?

We never had a plan for over population, adjoining county militant growth management overtake, water supply, Blanding Blvd,Outer Beltway, Brannon/Chaffee Trust for Public Lands parcel et al let alone this latest looming episode. It's way too much to ask for a "Plan".

At some point,Okeefenokee Swamp/Trail Ridge destined to once again emerge, return as ocean front tidal pool and beach front.

A great cleansing wash & spin

Well look at it this way, Jacksonville's elevation is generally 16' feet, the Okefenokee sits astride the Eastern Continental Divide and is 128' feet high. The Okefenokee is in fact one of the few highland swamps on earth, so when this place goes under I'll meet y'all on Billy's Island.
