Yes, the SE Library is the one on Deerwood Park Blvd, near JTB and Gate Parkway.

Well I made it! Feeder system on rail and light rail used to disperse riders makes much sense to me! Hold on the BRT system since I don't think we get our money's worth....light rail by my definition is trolley system. Use existing roadways since they are already in place and away we go! Hold on the water system either Ferry or AVC's not enough ridership in 20 years to pay for itself....and Urban area's need to be created with mass transit in mind rather than after the fact! TPO presentation open house just the right format for public information!
