I can't imagine that location being vacant once the courthouse does finally throw open their doors.  Is/was the space leased or owned by Worman's?

they own it...which is part of the reason for closing...now that the courthouse is truly underway, their land value just went up a bunch!

My Mother used to get sandwiches from there in the 50's and 60's when she lived at 826 West Adams Street.  This does suck; isn't there something the City can do or did they sell the property and cashed in on increased property value in that area because of the Courthouse?

Its real simple...the son wanted to do something else....there's nothing the City could or should do!
