When you're down in 4th and time is running out, you need a guy on your team who won't take no for an answer.

:D Or a cokehead like J-Smooth who ran to the endzone to snort the goal line.

Seriously though... Rapelesburger is meeting with Goodell soon and I bet his suspension is shortened to week 3.
And though I long to embrace, I will not replace my priorities: humour, opinion, a sense of compassion, creativity and a distaste for fashion.

It was all he said, she said.

He said "Here... take this."

She said "That's a swell offer but I think I should decline."

He said "Oh... but I insist."

She said "Thank you but no, thank you.

He said "$^%*&Ã¥Æ'¶¢£"

She said "Ouch... I am not sure that meets everyday standards of etiquette."

The theme you came up with for your roster and the quotes like this have been priceless.

That was the most fun fantasy draft I was ever involved in.  Another reason to love Metro Jacksonville.

I am Congrotastic for those who don't know.

I'm content with my draft (not thrilled).  However, I'll be doing some wheeling and dealing in the next couple of days.

Massillon Tigers here. I'm a big fan of early NFL history, so I name all my ff teams after early franchises. I also grew up near the Canton/Massillon area, so I have an affinity for those teams.

So.... How did everybody do?  Still two games to go tonight but Beetees did well after not producing for the Thursday night opener.  A lot of high draft picks didnt do so well... ;)
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

I am happy....... So far that is!

Was looking great until Foster sold his soul to the devil. Will probably lose my lead tonight but no big deal.

I might have lucked into a win. I forgot to set my lineup. (I thought I had done it)

Two guys would have been in differently for a net gain of about 8 points.

It seems my opponent (Wacca) was sleeping at the wheel.

BT, your boys went off!

I missed the draft and I have no number one runningbacks, but Ahmad Bradshaw did pretty well for me.

I wasn't sleeping, but I sure did show a talent for picking guys who would score fewer than 1 point this week.

I see no reason to bench MSW, but Kolb and Edelman aren't looking too wonderful for me right now.

Oh, and Grant got hurt to add to the fun.

Wanna trade Orton and a scrub wr for McNabb and Mr Fred Taylor?

This is typical week one shenanigans.

I'll take my whipping this week, but my eyes are on the big prize.  Plan on hateful revenge for the rest of you bold enough to stand in my way.  I am pissed.
