The Jaguars, oddly, do have an official sausage but I think it's Premio.  Get with the program, danno!

You are a slave to the machine.

I talked to the bartender at Dahlia's Pour House last night, and they have wifi. So I am most likely going to draft from there. If anyone else is interested, let me know.

I'm in Atlanta.  My plan is to hit the road early tomorrow so I can get back in time for the draft.  I can't rely on the computer to do it for me.

Looks like you all may stand a chance this year.  Due to the storm and the disruption it is causing in MIA and now possibly TPA, I will be working this evening.  Damn you mother nature.

Everyone, I sent out an invite for a weekly pick-em.  Just a diversion, but as most of us do office pools anyhow, I'm sure it won't hurt to refine your skills.

If anyone else on the site is interested....

I'm already in your head and we haven't even played a down yet.

I picked him up last night during the game. Hopefully he will do what Laurent Robinson did last year.

thelakelander

^I noticed.  You grabbed him an hour before I went online to check his availability.

I thought he would have been on waivers. My ESPN league had all players on waivers since games have started, but Yahoo didn't do that. I was able to pick him up in both of my yahoo leagues.

He should have been.  I thought that all players went on waivers right before the start of the first game of the week?

If not, that's awesome because it means we can still make moves friday and saturday.

Here is how this apparently works. Yahoo's default waiver setting is Sunday through Tuesday. So all players go on waivers at 1:00 PM on Sunday and remain there until 3:00 AM Wednesday. This is the setting we have been using for previous years.

The other options are:
-Waivers start with the first game of the week and go until 3:00 AM Wednesday.
-Players go on waivers when their game starts and that goes until 3:00 AM Wednesday. Any player on a bye goes on waivers at 8:30 PM Monday until 3:00 AM Wednesday.

We can keep things as is, or this can be changed now, or for next season, whatever the consensus is.
