Expressways to Boulevards

So, theoretically the Skyway would be extended east down Bay St. then north on Liberty to the Forsyth St. ramp?

I think extending the Skyway to the stadium via the Hart Bridge ramps is an interesting idea.

And if we do that, extending the skyway along the Hart to the stadium district, then we'd better extend the skyway from other points in the City to downtown and connecting with other points to the stadium (the stadum is not the ultimate or real destination but it would help ease traffic woes during the football season).  This would be a real smart thing to do.
