I can't help but think that the pill popping, bad physical shape (hadn't toured in ten years or more), and add to that the rigorous strain and stress preparing for those concerts in London, helped to bring him to an early end, just too much on the heart it appears.  Stress, strain, emotional trauma, the psychological aspect relative to nerves, etc.  All an overload on his physical, spiritual and emotional psyche.

I am convinced many of our celebrities die "young" because of substance abuse during some part of their history and/or very stressful lives.  Also, many remain famous because they live abnormal and/or outlandish lives that feed their craving for attention or a need for career publicity, but which come at the expense of keeping one's groundedness and sanity.

Fame is not all it's cracked up to be and very few can handle it well. Adoration by the public is both a blessing of fortunes to be made and a curse of never having a moment of real privacy.  Sad but true.
Hey!  Whatever happened to just plain ol' COMMON SENSE!!

Well, anyone who liked his music should turn to MTV.  They are playing just about every song he made.

It only took the king of pop's death to get MTV to actually play music videos.

It's sad on so many levels, and true.

But it gave me a chance to introduce my little guy to the Thriller "monster dance".

MTV lost me when they started playing more reality tv than videos. If a video exists, it is on YouTube.
And, that $115 will save Jacksonville from financial ruin. - Mayor John Peyton

Now they're saying he was in great shape, spirits, etc. shortly before his death, and was visiting doctors and clinics, etc.  One person, can't remember his name, who was around MJ for the last few weeks stated within the last two weeks, Michael did complain, at times, that he wasn't feeling well.  Now I believe that it was just his time to go.  His heart was probably tired from all of the bodily physical abuse and misuse and gave out.  We will probably never fully know what really happened.
