QuoteThis is just asinine.

It was meant to be assinine.

Was that a simple enough explanation?

Last December my usage was down but my JEA bill doubled. This trend has continued ever since even though we have had mild weather. I have landscaped my yard with drought resistant plants and do not irrigate at all, use all energy efficient lights bulbs, which are off most times, have a front loader washing machine that uses very little water, have spray foam insulation and ration the air and heat like it is a precious commodity but I cringe when I recieve my JEA bill. There is nothing else I can cut down on. What the hell use are modern conveniences if you can't afford them?

And, that $115 will save Jacksonville from financial ruin. - Mayor John Peyton
