Out of curiosity, didn't Peterbrooke once have a small store at the Landing?  Early-mid 90s?

And speaking of a former Peterbrooke target site, has there been any news on the library project lately?
The tourist would realize at once that he had struck the Land of Flowers - the City Beautiful!

Any word on where they will be locating at the Landing?  Southend Brewery, west mall wing or east mall wing?
