I'm not sure where you're located but the Southside has some good Peruvian spots that sell chicken called "pollo à la brasa". It's Peruvian rotisserie chicken — and it usually comes with two sauces, a green pepper based sauce and a white garlic style sauce - and my goodness, it is so juicy and flavorful. Now that I've had it, everything else pales in comparison.
