Mayor Peyton was on WJCT today taking questions from callers.  He said the reason that recycling is not being expanded or made mandatory is that it would require an increase in funding when the city is trying to find things to cut.  Nobody really likes landfills but they are cheaper than recycling.

And the printing of your great-great-great grandchildren's money now is cheaper to me, than delaying it for when they are ready for it. By then, it won't even be worth the paper used to print it.

Where have you seen it, then?  I know a big majority of what I would like to recycle is 3-5.

I received mine less than a week after requesting one through the COJ website.

I was quite amazed when a shiny blue bin appeared not in the yard, but right in front of my door one morning.

Yea..I was a stage hand before he got his 4' custom podium.  We had to leave the Mic stand down at 4-5 foot for "Little Lord Fauntleroy".
