In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

As an FSU fan and a tournament lover in general, dare I dream as Pitt is only up by 1 point in East Tennessee State with a minute to go in the first half?  Naaaahhhh.  If JU were playing Pitt instead, would it be a 1 point game? Naaahhhh.

I was very disappointed in American's composure during the last 8 minute stretch yesterday. They really could've pulled the shocker. I missed VCU's game against UCLA...that would've been a major letdown had I seen that as well.

I hope FSU wins. I don't want Douglas to leave without tasting victory in the tourney. He's a fighter...no real pretty skills but he can carry the team with brute strength. Reminds me of Tim Pickett (was that his name? totally pulling that one out of the far regions of my brain) in that sense, but he's got some solid front court players to go along with that now. I dont trust Derwin Kitchen with the dribble though, and Wisconsin has been really strong at certain points this year, so I am not THAT confident.

Woo...will be nice seeing the garnet and gold back in the big dance, though!

Argh!! JU...what happened to them?! I was so disappointed...two years in a row now, so close and yet so far. I hope they keep building in the right direction and get back to those glory years in the 70s. Playing in the tourney would've been a nice way to keep up that momentum...rather than getting blown out at UF.

whooo...how bout the Siena-OSU game going on at the same time as this FSU-UW one!! I dont think this is good for my poor heart...

Most brackets took a beating today! :D
