Dont forget the maintainers, fuelers, technicians, administrative folks that enable them to put ordinance on target... they are thirsty too... ;)

Ain't that the way it always goes?  One drink turns into ten or twenty. But your right, kudos to those guys and gals too.

Hey our pilots need a beer or twenty just like the rest of us, but hopefully that's AFTER the airshow.

I know this post is old but I just wanted to add my 2 cents.

First I got married and was forced to move where my husband lives, which is the westside. I live so close to the base that my alarm is Reveille.  Second, I'm a 3 generation navy brat so to say I've lived near or on bases would be an understatement. I love the navy BUT I do not love jets flying so low over a neighborhood that they set off car alarms. Or that they need to do it at 10 or 11 at night.

So I'm gonna say please quiet down too.
