Landing on New Years Eve

Here is the thing with the Landing - I'm sure the rent is significantly higher than on Adams St (because everyone knows the Landing).  However, the only ones that can afford it are the chains.  They want parking - bottom line.  So, either lower the rent (not going to happen), or provide parking (possibly coming)
