Trump and Iran aside, this entire Epstein situation has completely shattered any remaining illusion of the American experience, from free press, to higher education, to congressional oversight, to the justice system, and beyond. 

I can accept that there are Trumps in the world.

I cannot accept there is a global network of powerful individuals in government, academia, enterprise, entertainment, and even medicine complicit in the abuse of children. There is literally no other explanation for what's in these files.

The reason I don't know if I buy this Iran attack as an Epstein distraction is because it became so clear, so quickly that even without Iran, there would be no accountability, no hard-hitting mainstream investigative journalism domestically, and no consequence for the blatant obstruction of justice from all sides.

Many folks are not anticipating the extent to which this is absolutely radicalizing otherwise calm, hardworking, proud Americans.

I have seen a re-aligning along the basis of class unlike anything I have seen in my entire lifetime.
