"The 120-unit Lofts at Cathedral mixed-income apartment is 50% preleased and it nears completion in Downtown's Cathedral Hill district, Downtown Investment Authority CEO Lori Boyer told the DIA board ... construction was on schedule to be completed by the end of 2024."

Gotta celebrate the wins as much as we gripe about the loses. Hopefully their fire sprinkler system is operational  8)

Good to hear. Getting people to live downtown has never been a problem. We need all the new housing units we can get. We just have to find a way to get more units under construction faster.

Credit goes to the Cathedral District organization, particularly Ginny Myrick and Ted Pappas, as they pushed back against multiple versions of subpar design before arriving at the current.
