Personally, I'd rather see them experiment trying to use a tech like this to better connect the Moncrief corridor with job centers.  Like focus on 30 min or less transit commute one-way

Yeah, that's a lot more in line with what this technology seems optimal for. A smaller collector/circulator that then connects to an actual fixed transit system at somewhere like UF Health.
