I'm from out west.  Grew up in LA and then Seattle.  We called it 7-Eleven Feet.  Same thing, different convenience store.  Not sure which city I first heard it in, probably LA because its warmer more and we were barefoot more.

I grew up in rural SC, and it was a pretty common term there, too.
