Enjoyed the article.  BTW, there is or used to be a 'ghost sign' on a tall brick wall (which actually could have been the back of the drive-in movie screen) out at Jax Beach.  I seem to remember you could read "drive in" and the Coca Cola writing on it.

I have a picture of the Coke sign out at the beach, but I am clueless how to post it here. My father worked for the Coke Company back in the 50's painting signs, I've always been told it was his.

Here's another one I discovered years ago. It says Stables & Live Stock and something I can't make out above the door.
