Hotel Indigo proposed for downtown Jacksonville

My god, so much buzz going on DT now. Hopefully it will all come together and resemble what's going on in downtown Newark now. I'm curious what is the current occupancy rate of this building?

Per the Daily Record, Peterbrooke is staying:

Robbins told board members the group plans to reconfigure the ground floor, creating one entrance for both the hotel and the new retail space.

She said Peterbrooke Chocolatier, which occupies space on the first floor, will be relocated to the new area when the build-out is complete.

Thats a killer thing to have in a hotel lobby! If Indigo is smart, they´ll have Peterbrook in the in-room mini bar...or offer some choc covered popcorn as a welcome amenity
