A 450 ton crane lifted 13,000 pounds of ventilation and cooling equipment

I could only see the top of the crane from my office, but that seems REALLY big.  Did they mean 45 ton?

I think they would have to mean 45 - good point. The largest mobile crane in the world is 1,200 tons and looks like this:

While 1,200 is almost three times 450 the crane downtown looked nothing like this.


I work with a sub contractor that has one of these cranes. This is a hydraulic crane.
