The new BP rendering looks very good. It fits better with the area, and looks older and new at the same time. I like it, NOW GET MOVIN! >:(

Well, the courthouse and Wolfson's expansion are underway.  All the rest are either still on hold or cancelled.

^ :D...:(. That's ashame. Those were some really great projects that would've did wonders for the urban core. Does anyone know why these projects were canceled?

Lunican

So far we have Prado Walk, the Duval County Courthouse, and Wolfson's Hospital Tower. Anything else actually getting off the ground?

Jason

There are still some grumblings at 122 Ocean and 200 Riverside....

200 Riverside is NOT dead.  It is delayed, but not indefinately.

Brooklyn Park is gone forever.  The property was foreclosed on a few months ago.

jcjohnpaint

I thought Brooklyn Park was the only part still going forward on the 200 Riverside property, but the building component was dead?

fieldafm

The actual PARK with ampitheatre is being constructed now, yes.

Brooklyn Park though was the project next to the 200 Riverside/Hallmark/Marriot property(across from Haskell/Times Union).  That's dead and the property was foreclosed on.

200 Riverside is not dead.
