Hey all, just doing a lil intro.  Frequented metjax forums a lot and now read metrojacksonville articles daily.  i love watching construction going up and seeing new site plans.  i probably have an obsession with knowing info before the others around me, especially in "fast-growing" jax (sarcasm).
