Looks like the DDRB is going to largely stay out of the way of the District, aside from some loose overall design standards:

I hope they decide to go "tall" on a couple of the office/commercial type buildings; residential, it's OK to go mid height and not tall; let's give the spectrum and appearance of a 900,000 people city that we are. I know that buildings don't make a city, but they add to the air and appearance.
