They are replacing the floors formerly occupied by United Way and the Nonprofit Center (both of which moved to the DuPont Center downtown). I work in the Riverplace Tower and super stoked that SJP is coming in from the Southside and doing such a dramatic remodel of the floors. Currently they are dismally gray and 1980s.

Riverplace Tower is becoming quite the trendy office building right now. Hope this bodes well for the rest of Southbank's potential new developments and downtown as a whole!

This is a good land for the building. It wouldn't replace Aetna if they decide to leave, but a good land nonetheless.
