Old St. Andrews church was the tallest building in the city and of course survived the fire.  The tallest pre fire office building was 6 stories but its name escapes me

The six-story Gardner Building opened in 1897 and was said to be the first "skyscraper" in Florida. The Great Fire of 1901 took it out.
