Why is the new LBGT "PAC" silent on endorsements for sheriff and mayor?

This group only recently announced with fanfare their existence, and now withholds endorsements on two of the major offices citizens are voting for May 19th, 2015.  Sorry, don't flaunt your power while being coward in major elections.  I don't understand this group, while i know a member in this forum belongs, maybe he can discuss what is going on.  Why this this big league announcement with bush league announcements?
