Getting around One Spark can seem slightly intimidating. Covering a large area of downtown Jacksonville, there is a lot of room for question as to how to get from A to B efficiently. But don’t fret! Or...one could park on the Southbank or the outer lots of downtown and bike into the event. Using the free safe and secure bike valet on Monroe St. Between Hogan & Laura Streets to keep their bikes during their stay at One Spark.

I wouldn't try walking or biking from the Southbank, unless you want to hazard the Acosta Bridge. The Main Street Bridge is closed to pedestrians, because this city is awesome at planning things.

Judging solely from the reports on TV47 and WOKV, downtown sounds like a hellish nightmare of gridlock with clusterf*cked parking.     The TV reporter last night said she lives downtown and traffic is usually awful.  I can only assume she's never been to Orlando or Atlanta.  She fell just short of saying "for the love of God please stay away from downtown" but maybe that's just my perception. 

Did OneSpark refuse to participate in one of their debates or something?

That report was such a joke. Like there is ever a guarantee of parking directly in front of these downtown businesses on any regular day.

I work downtown and yes parking is hellish, but damn if you want to come to this event you're going to walk regardless of where you park.
