It's illegal for churches to be used to promote a candidate, looks like she is trying to bypass that law by offering a cash prize instead to the pastor who brings the most congregants tonight.  Amazing and potentially illegal.

For those who are wondering about Kimberly's promise of a $1,000.00 prize, it is not illegal at a function which is in essence not an actual legal exercise in voting.  It is just an indicator of her desperate attempts to create an illusion of support in a race she has funded for herself to the tune of 93,000.00 plus.  She is in a district race and in spite of her efforts with local black pastors, they do not represent or control all of that district.  That's the reality when it comes to what votes actually will count in this election.
