Good article academically ... not sure how it would work in practice. At 33, I've had the "Clinton killed the economy by allowing corporations to go overseas" drummed into my brain for so long that it may be a hurdle too large to get over. In theory, though I really like the idea. Wonder if it would work really good without most major countries joining with it, otherwise would be a US gives all and receives nothing.
