Man, I hate that building in Altamonte Springs. I lived in Orlando for 25 years before moving to Jax seven years ago.  That thing is still just sitting there. I really can't believe that it hasn't been purchased and completed.  I really like Jax and I hope that the Berkman doesn't sit there stagnant for that long.

Maybe it won't get done, but clearly, Choate (who will own it next week)  has a lot of skin in the game and is highly motivated to find a way to complete it.  Follow the money...
