didn't they rework this interchange a few years back?  are they reworking another recently designed interchange similar to what is going on at the 1-10/95 interchange?  who is reviewing these projects before the get constructed?  they need to actually look at and understand the drawings before rubber stamping them approved.

What is with all of those ponds?  It does not look like they are reducing the existing permeable soil that much.

Still no bicycle or pedestrian infrastructure. Sad, with a planned train station and someone just recently being killed while attempting to walk that area recently.

Fantastic! Half of the suburban business hotels on the NW corner and half of the suburban office space on the NE & SE corners and not a footpath to be found.

The one on the Southwest corner is huge

so... one flyover ramp... but that doesnt take into consideration people wanting to get on and off JTB in other directions quicker.

We still need Rail for jax.

Why can't they just move the on ramp from JTB East to 95 south and just add another clover leaf? This wouldn't be a massive overhaul, but it wouldn't be massively expensive or disruptive either.

Just got an update from FDOT. There will be a 12 foot path on the South side of JTB from Philips Hwy to Salisbury Rd.

It could not be extended to Belfort Rd. due to right of way constraints.

Anyone who's sat on 95s waiting to turn onto JTB during rush hour will be very happy about this. Seems like something that should've happened years ago.

That's more promising than I expected.

It is impressive that a bike/ped connection is being included.  I think its also possible the path could be extended in the future.
