We'll also have some great raffle prizes (raffle tickets are $1 each), including a Thanksgiving turkey.  Let us make your Thanksgiving meal worthwhile!  All raffle ticket sales (along with a percentage of sales from all vendors) will also be donated to United Way.

Just to note, the picture above shows the rally being held in the Landing parking lot... on Saturday we'll actually be closing off Water and Hogan Streets in front of the Landing for the event.

I'm looking forward to trying out a few trucks.  This is the first Saturday I've been in town since August that won't require me to spend half the day at little league football.

Nice article in today's print version of Folio about one of the participating trucks in Saturday's Fall Food Festival... The Swedish Bistro

Just got confirmation yesterday evening that we will also be raffling off a really nice $400 grill donated by Academy Sports (along with gift certificates to 7-11, a Thanksgiving turkey, a life sized statue of Jack Daniels and some other cool items).  Raffle tickets are only $1 and all ticket sales are donated to United Way.

Have you made the starting line yet?

You can get er both done tomorrow!  I'd recommend getting their early for the Cheese though, they tend to form a line early.

Swedes are about to go on air on Ch 4/News4Jax in a few minutes, btw.

Happy Grilled Cheese is one of my favorite things ever. Still haven't gotten to try Swedish Bistro; I'm going Brian Boru on those Viking dogs.

Got the cheesesteak thing at the Happy Grilled Cheese. Loved it. Ended up meeting friends for drinks at Burrito Gallery, so the HGC was the only truck I hit up. Which is for the best, since I easily could have gotten fat with all the awesome trucks to dine at.

Lots of stuff going on today.  I stopped by early, while taking pics for this month's construction update.  Nothing exotic for me today. Just a basket of shrimp, crab cake and fries before heading over to CoRK's open house.
