Today at the great meeting of the LOST which was the 1/23/14 FIND subcommittee meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission that was compiling its 2014 FIND grant application list it was disclosed that Public Access and Economic opportunity does not exist on our Downtown Waterways.

Will Mayor Brown change this? Will the CRA change this? The Civic council? the Chamber? The DIA? The Jacksonville city council? Vision 2025?
