Fuddrucker's Moving Ahead, Finally

A few years back I purchased two dinners from the chinese restaurant about two stalls down from Bourbon Express.  When I got home and prepared to chow down I opened the lid to find they had garnished my fried rice with a great big roach whole body intact. 

Oh wow, I didn't know they prepared such authentic dishes at the Landing.

hahah yes, it's a fear-factor inspired delicacy.

In the event that you find yourself hungry try the following 'succulent' cockroach recipe.

Simmer cockroaches in vinegar. Then boil with butter, farina flour, pepper and salt to make a paste. Spread on buttered bread.

I do like Fuddruckers, but in the past I only got it when I was in Atlanta, SC, or S. Fla.  Now it is going to be walking distance!
