You've just got to wonder how long Palatka and Waycross will have Light Rail before Jacksonville decides it might be a good idea?  Wonder if we could borrow this new "Razorback Rail Tool?" Nathan? James? Anybody home?

Meanwhile, Little Rock, the State Capital and largest city (though the Fayetteville is rapidly gaining ground) is also planning Light Rail. Add to this Streetcar in Little Rock and Fort Smith, both of which are already up and running and Arkansas is planning light years ahead of Florida. Jacksonville (Florida) is better then this folks, I just wish our politicians were!
