And yes, it is over....heck Fox News has Obama at 262 without VA or FL

Fox News has given up the ghost.  They have already stated that Obama will be reelected. Sorry, Ocklawaha.

Google has a great breakdown of the whole country. You can click on FLA to see the counties:

LOL, turn to Fox.  Karl Rove doesn't agree with the Ohio numbers.  He thinks they are off and that Milt still has a chance.

Well, it's all over but the crying now. Which Romney is already doing, saying he doesn't concede Ohio. Ok, well knock yourself out, the rest of us will move on. See you in 4 more years with more Romneysia I'm sure.

Yup, Obama doesn't even need Ohio.  It looks like he is going to carry FL, VA, and CO.

He swept the electoral map.  The popular vote is close though, but Obama is winning that too.

^ I think Mr. Dare predicted an Obama landslide earlier in the year....something like winning with 57% of the vote

62 % and I stand by it.

So pleased.  Although I'm disappointed in some of what Obama has done and failed to do over the past four years, how could one expect him to produce full recovery from the whitehouse failures over recent years.  And with Romney, I really feared another four years of total failure of the Bush kind.

Perhaps, now that Obama doesn't have to worry about being reelected, he can be more forceful and resourceful in this term.  The way he seemed to bend to the demands of the established powers in the financial crisis was not something to crow about.

Well its time for bed here at 2:34am 11/7/2012 I look forward to all the political signs coming down today. And I look forward to hearing Rush, Sean and the Nut Neal tell the people who put Obama back in office that we have killed America? And I say to them go Puck Yourself! Good Night and God Bless America and President Obama.

I remember that you were over 60% last year, but I thought you reduced that some this year

as for my prediction, I'll stick with Obama getting just over 50%

I was somewhat surprised Obama pretty much won all the battleground states....and a bit shocked about Florida....but looks like my just over 50% call was spot on!

North Carolina and Indiana flip back to Republican red, and so do Florida and New Hampshire, just barely, in an upset.

Ohio, Virginia, and Colorado cling to Blue.

Obama's 299 to Romney's 239

That's around what I'm thinking.  I have Obama at 302 in my pool.

If Romney gets Florida I win an Amazon Gift Certificate, c'mon absentee ballots!

I think I owe both TUFSU and NRW a dollar.  But you have to admit I did pretty much nail the correct percentage of Electoral Votes.  303 to 203.  Pretty much right at 60%

still another state to go and you were linking popular vote!

Jacksonville is one of the few US metros that had the republican party winning the county. It was pretty close though (51% red 47% blue). I blame South Georgia bleeding over into Jax making the republicans win Duval County LOL.

Other US metros that had a higher republican count include

Phoenix
SLC
OKC
Boise
Fort Worth
Anaheim
Sarasota
Pensacola
Tulsa
Chattanooga

4 more years, and Florida results not in yet.
