Shipment at Jax Port has been Stuck at Customs for 2 weeks

Hey Transportation officionados,

Anyone here know how to get this shipment released today?
These are prizes to be used at a sports tournament tomorrow, but have been stuck at the Jax Port for the past 2 weeks. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried calling customs?  They probably don't care though.  From my experience it's a crap shot as to how fast stuff gets through.  Hurry up and wait.

I never had any trouble getting a shipment through JaxPort, but through the airport would make you scream and bang your head against the wall.

Your broker should be able to get this expedited.
