Does this mistress deserve her day in court?

But back to the original issue, here's what I think, Tamara.  I think she may get her 15 minutes of fame and maybe a book or movie deal out of it.  Really, how dumb do you have to be to fall for that old "I'll marry you as soon as I'm divorced...promise" line?

That's my clueless 2 cents, as I don't know if he left her money in a will she doesn't think is enough, or if he didn't provide for her at all, which he probably could have done in some way if he chose.

No Stephen, I didn't post to be a dick. I posted because I don't understand why many women think it is a good idea to get involved with a married man especially when legal issues arise.

I think Stephen was referring to the other poster, not you :)

That is exactly correct!

So you think I'm a dick, Stephen?
;D

Holy Cow. You all are starting to sound like a bunch of 2nd graders.  I'm outta here on this one.

Jeez... I thought I sorted this out already. Stephen was not referring to you. He was referring to the other poster. That's why he used the other poster's name in his post.

I agree. I feel if anyone deserves his estate, it is his four daughters. They can carry on his legacy and hopefully well. I feel she just has a lot of nerve to seek such a high amount after dating him for only 18 months. Plus, if Kinkade wanted to give her so much he would have done it right legally instead of allegedly scribbling it on some notebook paper. She's not his wife, point blank.
