It wasn't the subject matter, but rather where it was posted.  I think the "hotdog" comments were more appropriate for a food-related topic than the one on illegal prostitution ;)

The website is.  Most of the Florida section outside of Orlando's is pretty dead.  I started Urban Planet's Florida section and subforums back in 2003.  Before being banned from the site, the Jax, Miami, and Orlando subforums were very active.  After we left and form MetroJax, Tallahassee followed with a similar site of its own (http://www.urbantallahassee.com/) and the majority of everything else died.
