Anyone want to donate a buck to 2009-442? I will deliver it personally on your behalf. Plan on making a donation today at the DIA Board meeting. Let's remember that they had millions but voted it away to OED prior to the start of Aundra Wallace.

I believe that they will welcome the donation. Let's remember it's an Investment Authority.

Corrupt Council Area Reef 2009-442 will now have donations pouring in that will Make our Allied Veterans scandal proud.

The 5/29/13 Artificial Reef subcommittee meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission was wink wink, nudge nudge from start to finish.

Going straight from the agenda. Which reminds me will there be an agenda at the June 7, 2013 Downtown Experience subcommittee of the DIA?

I. Call to order
II. Update on Inshore Reefs
III. Discussion and recommendations on process to name new artificial reef plantings.
IV. Comments from the Public
V. Adjourn

Members in attendance from the agenda were Scott Shine the Chair, Ralph Hodges, Captain Jim Suber, No shows were Lane Burnett, Stephen Swann, Dr. Quinton White. from the city Marilyn Allen, John Jackson, Jody McDaniel.

Nobody from the media was in attendance.

Scott Shine from the beginning informed everyone that what is done is done. Don't talk about it. We are here to go forward. We can't go back. Wink wink. Nudge nudge.

So here is the Readers Digest version. Two reefs have just been given to an organization with a promise to pay. Everyone remember the $5,000,000 in private funding for the Equestrian center? Where are we with that? This is $50,000 Is this an emergency? NO! Also let's make sure that nobody on the city council knows about this.

The DEP has signed off for the permit for these two reefs. Waiting on the Army Corps and then NOAA approval. This will be a Pilot Program for two years and only these two reefs are moving forward.

This makes the Jim Love, Kevin Kuzel Berkman Floating dock compromise misrepresented by OGC to Waterways during the 2013 FIND grant application process just another wink wink, nudge nudge.

We can fully appreciate now a convicted guy getting a pension with Board approval wink, wink. Nudge, nudge.

Let's all start singing Kumbaya because this is all positive.

The 6/12/13 meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission had me sitting in the audience and wondering if our city council and waterway commission members are now performing their duties better because of our city councils action to buy 20 new comfy chairs as an emergency,  with a no bid contract and taking away the opportunity for Public Comment which was personally witnessed by a bunch of MJ'ers during a city council meeting live blog.

Mutiny on the Bounty, Mutiny on the Taxpayers is the only way to describe this meeting.

So going right from the minutes of the 5/15/13 JWC meeting in attendance: CC members Jim Love (Chair), Lori Boyer (Vice Chair), John Crescimbeni; Commissioners Gary Anderson, Lane Burnett, Ed Flemming, John Godfrey, Ralph Hodges, Ray Pringle, Scott Shine, Stephen Swann, Penny Thompson, State Representative Lake Ray was excused. OGC Paige Johnston; Dr. Quinton White; Dr. Gerry Pinto, JU; Capt. Jim Suber, Waterways Coordinator; Lisa Rinaman, St. Johns Riverkeeper; Geoffrey Sample, SJRWMD; James Richardson, Environmental Protection Board; Capt. Mike Getchell, Jacksonville Marine Transportation Exchange; Lt. Commander Shane Alexander, US Coast Guard; Janie Thompson, Shrimp Producers Association; Payton Scheppe, Charles T. Holt, Greg Craddock, Gary Burdette, Coastal Conservation Association; Carol Hixenbaugh, Larry Hixenbaugh, Chuck Darner, Paul Gallup, Jacksonville Offshore Sport Fishing Club; Marilyn Allen, Legislative Assistant; John J. Jackson, Council Research Division.

Hey! Are you all ready for this. I wasn't there. I'm not listed as attending.

The Public Trust just destroyed in this community.
I did make a donation to Corrupt Council Area Reef 2009-442 which will be a regional and International story and that is in the minutes.

We are so LOST
We need to FIND FIND

The 12/11/13 meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission had me wanting to stand up and sing another single off what I affectionately call the Carla Miller classic Ethics Collection album which by the way continues to move up in the charts and that song is a variation on the Christmas Classic the 12 days of Christmas. I call this one the 12 bennies of the Jacksonville city council.

"5 NO BID CONTRACTS."

The total crushing of the Public Trust.

Jacksonville Waterways Commission meeting just 3 days out. Will the Water Taxi be on the agenda?

What Definately will be on the agenda is 2014-305 and the new Docking Rules that will have an impact as the final draft is being drawn for our new CRA/DIA in the USA which also has to be approved by the Jacksonville city council.

The loading and unloading for a vessel at Pearl St. From 10 minutes to 30 minutes is very positive. No problem. Councilman Jim Love again knocked it out of the park with this at the 4/2/14 noticed meeting along with councilman Don Redman. Chair of Waterways.

The issue going forward are the penalties if you violate a docking Rule especially as we are changing all the zones and elevating Federal Compliance.

This new zone is being highlighted right now with this CRA/DIA in the USA document that will be our guide going forward. So it was a shocker for some of us that we're at this 4/2/14 noticed meeting when Tera Meeks or it was Paige Johnston or both announced that the new yet to be built floating dock on the Southbank Riverwalk will have one vendor with a 10 year no compete clause. WOW! So I'm sitting right across from councilman Redman.

Just using this one example so as to stay on point because there are so many other examples. First I don't have any idea of how this new floating dock is going to look. Is it just one long dock? Two docks? I know there will be space for the Public to use. That is positive. No problem. I was suggesting 10' for commercial use.If any charter captain or licensed operator for a SUP or kayak were to want to just pick up or drop someone off so they can go to the Charthouse or to the craft brewery district in San Marco could they?

There will be a Public Hearing 6/24/14 on 2014-382 for two artificial Reefs.

Jacksonville Waterways meeting 2 days out.

2014-305 will councilman Redman the Chair of Waterways offer an amendment that would remove the Southbank Riverwalk and any new construction of docks and piers in this new super duper highly restricted CRA/DIA zone from the new docking rules that could result in the seizure of your watercraft and have it impounded like a car?

6/11/14 Jacksonville Waterways Commission meeting just two hours out. 9am 1 st floor city hall will be televised. Who will restore the Public Trust that continues to be crushed in this community?

The 6/11/14 Jacksonville Waterways Commission meeting started off with agenda number IV 2014-382 Jacksonville's Corruption Council Area Reef. That is because Tera and Lori had not yet arrived for 305 and 381.

You just have to love how during these meetings that everyone is there sticking there hand out but nobody is there representing the legislation that this expenditure of money is going to.

Still have an open contest on the new Waterway signage that was never before Waterways. Post a picture and I'll treat you to Chopstick Charley's and we'll use UBER.

Anyone want to kayak and fish under the brand new NO Fishing signs that was never before Waterways?

I am Downtown and why you aren't.

Who's next?

At the 6/11/14 Jacksonville Waterways Commission meeting the FIND report was on the table but an update not provided to commission members in the agenda.

My all time favorite the Jim Love, Kevin Kuzel, 26' Berkaman floating dock compromise (Shipyards III) misrepresented by OGC to the Jacksonville Waterways Commission during the 2013 FIND grant application process and additional props to councilwoman Boyer and OGC follow up on Catherine St.

Forgot to make a donation to another secret account that nobody on Waterways knew about during that same 2013 FIND grant application process. It's only our ad valorem property tax money. We are so LOST. Visit Jacksonville!!!
