Five year lease was up. Given that Level Office (which offered the exact same product with newer amenities and more private spaces) opened nearby along with new executive suite (a similar product) floors available to lease in the Everbank, Bank of America, Aetna and Ameris Bank buildings... I'd say that CoWork Jax and Perdue Office Interiors (their partner) probably made the business decision to reallocate the space towards Perdue's growing business needs (the company purchased the building last year... whereas they were previously leasing the building for the preceding five years).
