Automatic entries also extended to Governor Scott, any media outlet throughout the state, The commissioners of FIND, The Jacksonville Waterways Commission, and the members of the Jacksonville city council.

Take your time getting your entry in. Drawing will occur after a cleanup. Don't need to be present to win. Winner will be announced most likely in late January or February during a Public comment period.
